Hey everyone this will be the second installment of my body weight workouts! If you tried the last workout and was able to finish it, you probably realize how challenging it is. I know for me, it was challenging because I really set my mind on the circuit and going at a good and quick pace. So here is the second workout!
10 to 15 Minute Warm up
- Get the blood flowing to your muscles by doing a light jog or stationary bike, followed by some dynamic stretching. Doing 50 jumping jacks could also be a good way to get blood flowing.
Circuit – 3 times with 3 minutes rest in between each circuit/No rest between exercises
- 10 Pull-ups
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Wide Push ups
- 20 Jump Lunges
- 30 Triceps Dips
- 15 V-Ups
- 45 Second Plank
5 to 10 Minute Cool down (Light Jog or stationary bike followed by static stretching – hold the stretch.
For less difficulty decrease the reps but make sure to complete the circuit 3 times. Remember that anything worth doing won’t always be easy.
